What accomplishments has your scholarship helped you accomplish? In the classroom, in the community and/or in your sport?

It has helped me accomplish more than what I thought I would in shooting and school. Without scholarship, I could not compete on this team and attend this school. WVU has always been my dream school, and being a first generation college student made it difficult to get here financially. I can focus on my performance and in the classroom without worrying about how I can afford it.

How will the education you are receiving benefit you after you leave WVU?

After school, I am interested in becoming a sport psychologist or a shooting coach. I believe what I learned here at WVU will help me tremendously in my life. Whether it’s the knowledge of psychology or shooting, both will help me.

How have Mountaineer Athletic Club donors impacted your journey as a student-athletes? What would you tell a donor if you were to meet them?

It has helped me be provided with the recourses i need to perform my best. I would tell a donor that all of my equipment and recourses that are provided to me are thanks to them. In my opinion, i have the best college coaches and performance consultant in the country. My gear is top of the line for my level, and I could not have this if it wasn’t for the donors that help.

What is your favorite WVU memory or moment?

My favorite memory is traveling to Alaska this year with the team.
