What accomplishments has your scholarship helped you accomplish? In the classroom, in the community and/or in your sport?

Receiving a football scholarship has been a great opportunity that has enabled me to achieve several accomplishments in both the community and the classroom. The scholarship has provided me with financial support and has motivated me to work harder towards my academic goals. With the football scholarship, I have been able to make a positive impact in my community and achieve academic success. In the community, the scholarship has allowed me to volunteer for various causes and make a difference in the lives of others. I have been able to participate in different community service projects such as food drives, seeing children at the hospital, and fundraisers for local charities. These experiences have enabled me to develop leadership skills, work collaboratively with others, and improve my communication skills. The football scholarship has also helped me to establish connections with local organizations and other community leaders, which has been beneficial in expanding my network.

How will the education you are receiving benefit you after you leave WVU?

Earning a business degree will provide me with a variety of skills and knowledge that will be highly valuable to me as I embark on my career after leaving college. The degree will equip me with the essential tools that are necessary to succeed in the competitive world of business. A business degree will help me to develop my leadership skills. Effective leadership is essential in the business world, and a business degree will teach me how to communicate effectively, motivate and inspire team members, and manage conflict. These skills will enable me to lead teams effectively and achieve success in my role, and hopefully as an NFL player as well.

How have Mountaineer Athletic Club donors impacted your journey as a student-athletes? What would you tell a donor if you were to meet them?

As a student-athlete, the support of donors to the university has been instrumental in helping me achieve my goals both academically and athletically. The contributions of donors have had a direct impact on my experience as a student-athlete, and I am grateful for their generosity and support. One of the ways in which donors have helped me is through the provision of athletic facilities and equipment. The university has been able to invest in state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, which have enabled me to train and compete at the highest level. This has helped me to improve my skills and achieve success in football. Donors have also provided funding for travel expenses, which have allowed the football team to compete in highly competitive games and events across the country and stay in the top-notch hotels. I would tell the donors THANK YOU!

What is your favorite WVU memory or moment?

My favorite WVU memories are when we beat Virginia Tech at home to win the Black Diamond trophy back, and then the next year when we beat Virginia Tech at Virginia Tech. Holding that Black Diamond Trophy is something special and that I will cherish forever!
