Mountaineer Athletic Club: West Virginia University's Department of Intercollegiate Athletics
(Renew, Relocate, Add/Drop Tickets)
For the 2017 WVU Football season, the West Virginia University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and the Mountaineer Athletic Club (MAC) will be using an OPTIONAL online seat selection process to display open seat locations. Renewing season ticket holders will have the option to upgrade/relocate their current seats and/or add additional seat locations. New season ticket holders will also have the opportunity to pick their seat locations.
 
This is NOT a Reseating Process. All renewing season ticket holders will maintain their 2016 seat locations as long as the per-seat minimum MAC contribution and season tickets are renewed by April 28 priority deadline.
 
Optional Seat Selection Process (Late June)
The Optional Seat Selection Process will utilize a 3-D software system provided by Ballena Technologies to display open seats in Milan Puskar Stadium. All MAC members, renewing and new season ticket holders will receive a selection time. Selection times will be based on annual giving levels and Priority Points rank within each level.
 
Selection times will be mailed out in late May/early June. Included with the selection time will be your selection date, selection time, customer number and Ballena provided password to use to login into the online seat selection process. Also included will be a detailed instruction sheet and proxy form. Your proxy form is only needed if your proxy will need assistance during the selection process.
 
You are NOT required to participate in this process. However, all upgrades, relocations, additional seats and new season ticket requests will be allocated via this system. This process is the best way for the WVU Athletic Department to be transparent with seating inventory in Milan Puskar Stadium and provide fans an added benefit for being a season ticket holder.
 
As a MAC member, renewing or new season ticket holder you will be e-mailed a video tutorial link the week of June 20. This video to help answer any questions you may have about the functionality for the Seat Selection Process. In the meantime, please visit WVUGame.com and login into your account to ensure the e-mail addressed associated with your account is correct and your online account is activated.
  • If you have not previously activated your online account using your Customer Number and one-time PIN, click on the Activate Now button and complete your online registration. You can find your Customer Number and one-time PIN located on your 2017 WVU Football renewal application. If you are not a current season ticket holder, please contact the MAC at 800-433-2072 for your PIN.
  • If you have already activated your online account with your Customer Number and one-time PIN, simply login with the email address and password you used to set up your account. If you have forgotten your password, please click on “Forgot My Password,” enter your email address, and your password will be emailed to you.  Since you have already activated your online account there is not a PIN number on your renewal form.
 
The Optional Seat Selection Process will take place June 20-24. Please contact the MAC by calling 1-800-433-2072 with questions or for more information. Upgrades are subject to availability and making a donation above the minimum required “per seat” contribution, or above the minimum donation associated with a section different than your current section does not guarantee an upgrade/change.

Blue and Red Zone Season Tickets 
Due to high demand and minimal attrition, it is unlikely that all new donors who give at the $500 and/or $425 minimum per seat giving level will receive Blue and/or Red Zone seating in 2017. For more information about Blue and Red Zone seating availability during the Optional Seat Selection Process please see the MAC Annual Giving Priority Tickets Limits chart or contact the MAC Office at 1-800-433-2072.
 
Renewing Season Tickets
To retain your season tickets, the minimum required "per seat" contribution and season ticket payment must be received by April 29, the season ticket priority deadline. Orders and/or donations received after the priority deadline may result in the loss or relocation of season tickets and/or parking passes. An additional donation may be necessary to maintain your season parking pass. Season ticket applications are mailed in early March.
 
Follow these instructions to renew your season tickets and make your MAC gift online:
 
1.Go to WVUGame.com and click GET TICKETS under General Public Tickets then click "Season Renewals".
 
a) If you have already activated your online account with your Customer Number and one-time PIN , simply login with the email address and password you used to set up your account. If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot My Password," enter your email address, and your password will be emailed to you. Since you have already activated your online account there is not a PIN number on your renewal form.
 
b) If you have not previously activated your online account using your Customer Number and one-time PIN, click on Activate Now and complete your online registration. You can find your Customer Number and one-time PIN located on your enclosed application.
 
2.Once you're logged in, click on your "2017 Football Season Renewal Application" and follow the prompts to submit your order.
 
3.To add your MAC gift to your season ticket renewal order, simply click on the pop-up box that appears on the screen to add your MAC gift to the shopping cart. If you have questions about the log in process, please call the Mountaineer Athletic Club at 1-800-433-2072.
 
Adding Season Tickets
Your 2017 season ticket order form includes a separate application should you wish to request additional season tickets. Additional seat locations will be selected during the Optional Seat Selection Process. Additional season tickets and additional MAC gifts may be made in advance using the enclosed form. You must make an additional seat “per seat” contribution to purchase additional season tickets during the Seat Selection Process. All seats are based on availability and contributions for additional season tickets do not guarantee desired location. 
 
 
Dropping Season Tickets
If you wish to reduce the number of season tickets in your account from the prior year, you can do so online or via mail. Please notify the Mountaineer Ticket Office via letter, email or on your season ticket renewal statement of the seat locations you wish to drop. Please remember that your football and men's basketball ticket locations as well other benefits associated with the MAC may be affected should you choose to reduce your annual giving level or the number of season tickets in your account.
