Online Account Overview
Online accounts exist for any individual or business who are current or past members of the Mountaineer Athletic Club (MAC), a current or past season ticket holder, or has ever purchased a single game ticket through the Mountaineer Ticket Office. Every account can be accessed online through the WVUGame.com website found by clicking here. Within your online account you can make your annual fund/season ticket priority gift, renew your season tickets, and even print or transfer tickets from home.
New Online Customers
If you are an existing customer, that has never logged into your online account, you will need to "link" your account by using the one-time PIN number associated with your account. You may contact the Mountaineer Ticket Office by calling 1-800 WVU GAME to receive your PIN number. Once you receive your PIN number, you may link your account as an “Existing Ticket Office Customer or MAC Member” or by clicking here.
Once you link your online account, you may make your annual fund/season ticket priority gift, renew your season tickets, and even print or transfer tickets from home.
Existing Accounts and/or Returning Online Customers
If you are an existing customer that has already linked your account, you may simply login to your account as a "Returning Online Customer" using your e-mail or customer number and the password you selected when you linked your account by clicking here.
Individuals who would like to open a new account with the Mountaineer Athletic Club and Mountaineer Ticket office may do so by signing up as a “New Online Customer” or by clicking here .
Within your account you may make a gift to the Mountaineer Athletic Club, and edit your contact information should a representative need to reach you. New donors will receive a new football season ticket request form beginning in March of each year. A new basketball season ticket request form will be sent in August.
*New online customers will not be required to link their account using the one-time PIN mentioned above.
